Fattoria Il Palazzo is known for its cattle breeding according to the organic method. With its 250 livestock in selection, the farm takes care of the cattle from birth to slaughter and to the direct selling of organic meat.
From the cow-calf line in which all animals are born and grow up in the farm, we pass to the fattening process, the slaughter and the meat cutting. In the farm shop you can buy packs of assorted meat, vacuum-sealed preserved and labeled.
The farm also functions as “School Farm”. You can book informative and educational itineraries where our staff present the activities of the farm to the children and their families: how to give birth to a calf, his proper nutrition and his growth until the traceability of meat.
